Common questions
I didn't get my match call. Open the RallySync app and make sure notifications are allowed (Profile shows Alerts On or Off). On the website, tap Turn on alerts on the tournament page. Match calls also appear on the tournament page and the venue display.
How do I join a tournament? Scan the QR code at the event, open the tournament link from the organizer, or paste the link or invite code into Join a tournament on Home.
How do I link my DUPR account? Go to Profile, then the DUPR section, and tap Connect DUPR.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password, and we'll email you a link.
How do I delete my account? Go to Profile and scroll to Delete account. If you own a club or an active tournament, transfer or close it first.
